ELK Electric, Inc. is a closely held corporation incorporated in 1972 under the laws of the State of Texas. Our traditionally recognized founding date is the year 1961. The corporation has been under the same ownership and management for over 42 years. When requested, we can furnish resumes of key project personnel detailing their individual background and experience. ELK Electric will negotiate or competitively bid various forms of contracts including lump-sum, fixed fee, hourly rate, and cost-plus work as prime contractors, subcontractors, or joint venture. In addition, the company has a full service department to cover emergency and routine maintenance requirements.
